If you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, prior to receiving your refund. If in the other hand, you would like to avoid the 10% fee, you can opt for a store credit

If you would like to avoid the cancellation fee, you can opt to have a store credit. If you do not have an online account with us, you will have to create one, so that we can apply the store credit, in your online account.
