Valérie prenait le temps de répondre à chacune de mes questions avec le plus grand détail. Elle proposait toutes les solutions pouvant convenir à mes contraintes. Elle est même allée jusqu'à se déplacer en personne pour que je puisse recevoir mon colis dans les délais. Ma première expérience était exceptionnelle, elle ne sera certainement pas la dernière dans ce paradis de produits pour cheveux bouclés. I was so impressed by the selection, service, and shipping of the products I ordered. My order arrived quickly and it was really well packed - no leaks. They have a great selection of products for natural hair, both locally owned and American brands that are harder to find in stores. Also great customer service and fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work!
