You prefer to send us an Interac E-Transfer from your online banking access? no problem!
This needs to be done outside of our online boutique since we do not hold your banking information. Simply place your order and send us your payment via email at info@lovethyhns.ca. As soon as your payment will be confirmed, your order will be processed!

Do you Ship Internationally?
YES! Should you reside outside of Canada and wish to receive our products, please send your inquiry to info@lovethyhns.ca with your address and items that you would like to purchase (including quantity). We will be sure to send you a shipping quote.
What are the services we offer?

We offer at home product demonstration! and FREE consultations with any purchase. Please contact us for additional information or to book an appointment.
We also organize Natural Hair & Skin Care Parties (similar to Tupperware parties, but our version is about your hair and skin!). Invite your family and friends over and book an appointment with us for some fun!
If you live in Montreal or it surrounding areas, you can arrange for in person Local Pick up with us! this is a great way to save on shipping costs. For more details please visit our local pickup page here.

Monday through Sunday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) with the exception of Canadian holidays to contact us, and 24/7 for online shopping!
Do you have a Brick and Mortar store?
Love Thy HnS is primarily an online boutique that offers you a great and fast shopping experience 24/7. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have decided to primarily focus on our online boutique. Having said that, we offer local pickup of online orders, at our private office in Repentigny.
Which currency are your products listed in?
All our prices are listed in CAD currency by default; however, you can also view pricing in EUR, USD and AUS, but will transact in CAD currency.
The currency converter you see on our home page is simply for our International customers to see roughly how much our products will be after conversion based on the current/active currency exchange rate. When you go to pay, you will checkout in CAD (Canadian dollars) because we are a Canadian company. Your credit card/PayPal/bank will automatically convert this into your local currency charge when you pay.
Why our prices differ from the US?
We strive to keep our prices as low as possible; however, the vast majority of our products, are imported from the US and although we are Canadians, our discount prices remain the same as our US Counterparts, yet our shipping costs are significantly higher. Since we are a business, we do make a small profit on most of our products. Please understand that we have to factor in our operating costs in order to offer you the services (including this secure online boutique) and products we have put in place for you. Rest assured, our prices remain competitive compared to our Canadian counterparts.
Are the ingredients listed on the product's page accurate?
We do our best to have current information on each of our products; however, this is not always possible. Since we need to have a minimum of confidence in our suppliers, they are required to inform us of any changes. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, and this situation is unfortunately out of our control. It is impossible for us to look at every bottle to verify if the ingredients are still the same. Sometimes products are reformulated and we are not informed. Please let us know if there are any problems or concerns with your product, and we will be happy to help.
I noticed deposits at the bottom of my bottle what is it?
Because the products are natural and may contain natural herbal extracts, there may be noticeable deposits at the bottom of the bottles. Please note that this is normal, and it is not harmful at all. The products are not contaminated or bad in ay way. Please remain mindful of this information, when purchasing natural products.
Will I be charged any taxes on my order?
As we are located in Canada, we are required to charge the following taxes based on your shipping address:

- Ontario - HST - 13%
- Quebec - GST 5% and QST (Quebec Sales Tax) 9.975% (Note that as of January 1, 2013, the QST is no longer being charged on GST.)

- Newfoundland & Labrador - HST 15%
